Fasting in Ramadan can be a medium of self-development for children under six years old. Activities fasted for little cover various aspects, from the spiritual, physical, emotional, social, and moral aspects. From the point of psychological development, children can also learn about honesty, discipline, empathy, sharing, and learning to work together through fasting. Psychologist and Director of the Lantern Insan (Child Development and Education Center), Hj Fitriani F Syahrul, MSI explains, during Ramadan, parents can instill honesty in your child, to include three important aspects of child development.
* Aspects of cognitive (knowing)
Recommend what fasting activity, including how the rules of the game to children. How:
